Look for rocketing food prices in your future, as well as less freedom.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

The constitution vested this authority in him? Where does it say that in the constitution?

Does this outlaw the fertilizer at (and IN) the White House, too?

Obama loves him some Executive Orders, and he can direct any agency within the executive as to how they are to conduct business.

What does all this legalese mean?
I am uncertain.

One thing is certain.
Obama loves doing stuff via EO under cover of darkness.

A new Executive could overturn this with the stroke of a pen.

Me thinks 0bammy is afraid of ammonium nitrate, so he put out a hit on the fertilizer factories so he’d have an excuse to do the ban.. Think ‘BP disaster’ all over again. This is how he rolls.

Well, this can not help Agricultural costs.
Ethanol is an Ag product, so there go fuel costs.

If I were that new President, Despite the connation of the word Czar and all the socialist and illegal power implications that word holds now because of Obama’s ubiquitous use of them, I’d appoint a CZAR of Nullification.

This Czar’s primary function would be to root out each and every Executive Action undertaken both by EO and other subordinate action during the prior 8 years and prepare a nullification EO for me to sign.

FWIW, my second action, but one which would be executed at 1201PM on Inauguration Day would be to have a team of hundreds of Federal Marshals visit each Cabinet Secretary, deputy, etc. office and personally escort them from the premises, pull their access, clearances, the whole nine yards. I’d do this for EVERY political appointee by Obama as fast as humanly possible. I’d then move on to anyone who knew or was hired by these people.

Try to find an honest politician.

This is worded with concern over the West Tx disaster.
An event that Obama refused to designate for emergency relief.

Not only did he screw these people once, but now he is going to stick it to them twice.

*for their own good*

At any rate I gotta get to bed, but this came to my attention today, and I thought I would spread the word for discussions sake.

Lord knows there has been enough “Clown Talk” the past couple of days.
