Survival Doc (the videographer) and Mark M. are arrested for not obeying an officer and Mark was also charged with resisting arrest. Did he resist arrest? You be the judge. Oh, and they never read us our Miranda Rights. We spent 24 hours in the St. Charles Count Jail with Missouri Hwy Trooper Jenkins acting as judge, jury and executioner.

Why hasnt the Highway Patrol ticketed all the billboard owners up and down the roadways in that area? Aren’t they distracting too? I guess this is 0’s new way to deal with the Overpasses for Obama patriots. What would be pure gold is to find a trooper that would hand over an inhouse memo directing them to be proactive and effect arrests to deal with the OFO groups using the “nuisance / distraction” clause. I bet that there is a very good possibility of this being the case. I bet the only reason that many officers showed up is because nothing else was going on and there was a group of patriots involved.

If you place your hands in a position that makes the officer unable to cuff you that can be considered “resisting arrest”. What you are really gulty of is “POPO” (pissing off a police officer). I didn’t see what I would really consider “combative behavior”. I appreciate you taking one for the “team” and say that as former LEO. If you would have been in a conservative state the police officers probably wouldn’t have bothered you.

A smart officer will call in to dispatch a request a supervisor that knows the law or research it before arriving on the scene.

I just don’t believe Obama has anything to do with communism. I am a firm believer that he is a MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD infiltrator of our government, executing a long, well planned attack on this nation. This plan includes placement of MB sympathizers in government positions. Additionally, his foreign policies have quite obviously been orchestrated to place MB in power in the Middle Eat.
The best one ever done was Occupy Wisconsin last year when they put up a very large lighted sign at night. Battery powered LED lights. The put it up on a pedestrian walkway overpass so the police had to park in the access road and walk out on the overpass to getem.
