Actually, bronze swords were superior to iron and held their edges as well as mild steel. But iron was immensely cheaper than bronze.

Actually, bronze swords were superior to iron and held their edges as well as mild steel. But iron was immensely cheaper than bronze. Think the Hittites would probably debate that to some extent.
They didn't do to bad with primitive iron weapons.

I found it amusing that an ancient civilization used meteorites, and considered them valuable, to make jewelry for women.
The same way men today put valuable jewels and rocks to the use of adorning a women to gain her favor.
