In the early days of the Third Reich they had a secret pilot program called Action T4, in which they sought out parents who had disabled kids, then later disabled adults, then “feebleminded” children and adults, then emotionally disturbed people, then....
Imagine if transplant technology had been as advanced in 1938.

"I can think of nothing more dangerous than making mentally ill, and despairing disabled people believe their deaths have greater value than their lives" Imagine how the disabled are going to be treated now. What kind of pressure will they be under to "just die already"-so they can be harvested, and their body parts given to someone "more worthy of life"?
