How many traffic infractions can a monitor or Judge commit driving only a mile? Better not have that glass of wine at the restaurant or take a painkiller after a dental procedure.

A cowardly judge decides to “monitor” Arpaiao because he’s what, too effective in enforcing the law?
Are there federally appointed monitors of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department?
They refuse to enforce ANY laws against illegal aliens, and the city even has a malfeasance ordinance called Special Order 40 FORBIDDING the LAPD from arresting illegals.
No “federal” judge has appointed anything like a special monitor to force them to do their jobs. On the contrary, federal judges in California have actively sought to tear apart any enforcement of federal immigration laws, gutted any state laws that don’t coddle illegal aliens, and done so on specious Constitutiional grounds.
“Judge” Snow (in quotes, because he’s clearly not an impartial judge but rather a shrill political activist) has decided to insert himself into the Maricopa County Sheriff’s department because they are way too effective.
Where does a federal judge get that sort of power?
This lawsuit was brought by Eric Holder and Thomas Perez, two men who should not even be in the country much less running the DoJ.
They have turned the tables and made the DoJ into an enabling department for crime. They are actively aiding and abetting the massive Mexican criminal drug and people smuggling organizations, who are laughing now that Arpaiao is being hobbled by his own government.
They realize they can now run rampant over the hapless, helpless Americans in a state that was once the last bulwark against their criminal terrorism. Arizona - and especially Maricopa County - scared the crap out of them. They couldn’t bully Arpaiao.
Now that’s over. They have the upper hand, thanks to an anti-American “judge”.
The classic in these cases: Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?, commonly interpreted as "Who watches the watchers?".
Would be a real shame if the liberal spy got in the middle of a crossfire.

Obama been manipulating courts since before he was a senator. Jack Ryan divorce custidy records were sealed by the courts, Jack was running against Obama for the senate seat. Somehow the Obamas team convinced a divorce court to unseal the custidy records and Jack Ryan retired in disgrace allowing Obama to win the senate seat unopposed.
