Two options here: (1) she was looking for a leg up in the divorce proceedings by inventing a reason for a TRO that would have taken away that “evil” gun or (2) making sure she mentioned who her husband was she was hoping the Police came in with a SWAT team and mistook GZ for the family pet. Either way, if it worked she wins. Unfortunately for her it didn’t and now SHE needs to pay a price.
GZ should file a RO against her ASAP. She’s a perjuror and now has made false 911 claims against him of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. IMO that’s grounds for an RO against her. He needs to act now to protect himself.
This woman has no way IMO of attaching lawsuit money from George and probably she can't create her own lawsuit (but she wants money).
So she tries to get George's gun legally taken away from him and while trying to make him a bigger villain in the press. The result is she gets George maybe killed before and divorce and she then steps in the shoes of the estate to add George's death to the lawsuits of the estate and attempts to get and keep the lawsuit money????
