We'll have to wait and see if her report meets the criteria for a prosecution. From what I've heard probably not, because she could have reasonably mistaken his movements as waving a pistol (at least for a second or two) and the police stated there was probably some shoving going on (not totally different from a punch). So we'll just have to wait and see. Overall, incident sounds about the same as many other prospective DV calls that don't quite reach the threshold, where one or both sides are spinning and exaggerating in the report.

I just heard Phil Keating on Fox say that Shellie and her father came to the house when GZ was there getting his stuff out and “punches were thrown.” Fox reported earlier that GZ was released from jail regarding this matter. He never was in jail. Someone may have alerted them of their error as they did not mention jail a few mins ago.

I wonder if Gloria Allred is going to secure a big check for Shellie if she can get George arrested. Come on, you just know some rats are behind this.

We had a relative falsely accused by his x wife in FL. She said he pushed her on a child swap visit and then told police he was suicidal. So the arrested him and put him in a padded cell naked. Then she did a restraining order that took literally years to get lifted. Only after she embezzled money, arrested for dealing and possession were we able to go to court and get him custody of the kids. She went to prison..then back to drugs and hooking. All together a nightmare for him. A lot of companies won’t hire you if you have a restraining order..never mind the gun ownership. Plus..all of her legal expenses were paid by the state or organizations funded by Violence Against Women Act. The man is guilty when accused.

If you listen all the way to the end, the only honest reaction comes from Shelly and her dad “there’s a woman in the car! OMG!” Both of ‘em.

Why is Shelly PO’d? She was trying to put a case on George, and she finds out that she’s rather easily replaced.

There are so many women like that these days. Bipolar Gold diggers who think they are entitled to do anything to anybody in order to get “what they deserve”. Remember that video where the guy recorded his girlfriend going nuts because he would not take her to the lake. He put it on Youtube because the girlfriend was always lying about him to his friends.

I am sure that case will be made. Her behavior since the end of the trial has got me questioning what kind of a person she is, but without a doubt, she had certainly been put through the ringer along with Zimmerman: death threats, etc.

Two options here: (1) she was looking for a leg up in the divorce proceedings by inventing a reason for a TRO that would have taken away that “evil” gun or (2) making sure she mentioned who her husband was she was hoping the Police came in with a SWAT team and mistook GZ for the family pet. Either way, if it worked she wins. Unfortunately for her it didn’t and now SHE needs to pay a price.

Per Lake Mary PD: Not Shellie, her father nor the other 4 witnesses saw a gun per Lake Mary police. No gun was on his person. The couple is married. The IPAD belonged to both people and one or the other has a right to destroy it when married. (LOL!!!)Shellie was the one filming on the IPAD. The father is out of play. It will either be GZ or Shellie prosecuted IF AT ALL. Nobody has seen a thing on the IPAD yet and it is still an open investigation. There was a confrontation between Shellies father and GZ. No injuries. The bottom line is: Nobody wants to press charges. Officer Zach Hudson said GZ is not living there now.

GZ should file a RO against her ASAP. She’s a perjuror and now has made false 911 claims against him of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. IMO that’s grounds for an RO against her. He needs to act now to protect himself.
