I’m not sure exactly where this is at but clearly DC is in for some fun. And I love how the trooper salutes them with his horns and siren as they ride by.

The person who needs a ‘timeout’ is the ride organizer who decided to hold the ride so late in the morning and stay on the beltway. They should have had this ride at 7:30am (or 4:30pm) and blanketed the entire city. Staying on the Beltway, and not even during rush hour, means none of your intended ‘audience’ is even inconvenienced by this herculean effort.I'm certain that the ride you're organizing will be MUCH better. When is that, again?
