New emails show that the woman at the center of the IRS scandal over special scrutiny of conservative groups' applications for tax-exempt status targeted tea party applications specifically and directed they be held up.
While a possible "wag the dog" attack on Syria and other "phony" scandals like Benghazi have grabbed the headlines, Congress has continued its investigation into the Obama administration's targeting of tea party groups that sprang up in opposition to ObamaCare by the agency charged with enforcing it, the Internal Revenue Service.
[snip] In the February 2011 email, Lerner advised her staff — including then-Exempt Organizations Technical Manager Michael Seto and then-Rulings and Agreements director Holly Paz — that a tea party matter is "very dangerous" and something "Counsel and (Lerner adviser) Judy Kindell need to be in on." Lerner added: "Cincy should probably NOT have these cases."

Putting Lois Lerner in jail for rigging the last election won’t fix the problem. The 2012 election needs to be declared null/void and rerun.
This is discrimination and misuse of power. How can she claim it is “within the law”?

This woman subverted the freedoms affirmed to us (the people) by the Constitution. In my book it is tantamount to outright treason against us. I call for indictment, trial, conviction and sentencing by capital punishment.

Either way, whether she squeals or not, a death sentence would do remarkable good throughout the government civilian corps to deter self-imposed political sway and bias against conservative America.

Sometime ago I recall reading that the FBI had not yet interviewed any of the IRS victims. Wonder where the investigation now stands.
You could offer her immunity with the stipulation that she is never allowed to work in govt again as an employee or a consultant. Kind of like the choice she gave Al Salvi.
They are not going to investigate or jail anyone, because they know that doing so would lead to the top. That would lead to an uncomfortable quandry for a lot of people on what to do next.
