“flaglady47,
Grow up.”
Your comments were insulting, subtly so, but nevertheless insulting. Such as in a my religion is better than your religion is way. Rubbed me wrong, and I suspect it did so with other Catholics also. There are ways of asking a question, and the manner you chose to do so, wreaked of a superiority complex. Read your questions again.
Well, I read my questions again as you asked. I guess one could have taken it as I was being judgmental as you did, although I really am curious and was looking for some kind of explanation. That explanins your rather snippy reply. (Well, it was?) :-( You see, that’s why I don’t ask my next door neighbor Catholic!
Anyway, I didn’t mean to rub anybody the wrong way. I really want to know and understand where you are coming from.
Superior complex, I don’t have. If anything, I have inferior complex. Presbyterian I am and I feel guilty about everything, ha! Peace, sister.
By the way, I still don’t have any clear answers.
She asked an honest question. An honest answer is the better approach.
