Notable not just for the politicization of the memorial service, but also for one of the comparisons Barack Obama makes in this speech. Usually, memorials are about the victims, not about political agendas, but this time the media seems less inclined to carry Obama’s water (or more to the point, wave the bloody shirt on his behalf). Instead, Obama tried to do it himself —

Aaron Alexis legally purchased his 12-gauge shotgun and ammunition at a gun store in Virginia. Virginia has one of the strictest gun control laws in the country. He entered the Navy yard with the shotgun disassembled and used a restroom to reassemble it. Even if Zer0’s wish to take all guns from Americans were true, Alexis could have obtained a gun from a guard—which he did. He used a 9 mm pistol he apparently took from a police officer at the scene.
I wouldn’t put it past Zer0 to manufacture a red flag incident to justify gun confiscation. The ends justifies the means with these commie Bolsheviks.
Nothing new, remember how Paul Wellstone’s family tried to turn his funeral into a political rally. Then Gov. Jesse “The Body” Ventura was so disgusted by their behavior that he left before it was over.

It had to come down to this. Lacking basic human decency (and being a lousy actor), Obama doesn’t care about the victims. So all he could do was fall back on his political agenda. It’s so predictable with ‘Rats.
