When kids are in default on their student loans they can go to the Department of Education website to restructure their loans and get out of default.....and defaults pretty serious...bad credit...wages garnished..Only three out of ten complete the process because it’s so complicated. Imagine the failure rate on these insurance exanges.
The only reason these guys file a tax return is to get a refund. No refund, no return.
That is untrue. It is an inaccurate reading of the law. We moved our daughter off our plan when she married. We had to show that she is married. Her husband is in the military. I think they have big copays now. Unfortunately, he hasn’t been paid in two months. I hope they don’t have to go to the doctor.
