How to kill ObamaCare and save the GOP (no exemptions or waivers - none)
Fox News ^ | 10/01/13 | Wayne Allyn Root

**SNIP**

REMOVE ALL EXEMPTIONS, EXCEPTIONS, AND WAIVERS TO OBAMACARE.

It’s that simple. The message is: If ObamaCare is so good for the people, then let everyone have it.

Right now. This instant.

The poor, the rich, the big unions, the big corporations, the politically connected, the lawyers, the lobbyists, and of course, Congress, too. Everyone means everyone.

“Everyone” must specifically include Senators, Congressmen, their staffs, Obama himself, Michelle, Sasha and Malia. It’s everyone in the rowboat, or no one.

Well if they are going to punt, hmmm

This is the constitutional option, it has been totally illegal how Obama has issued waivers for certain parts of this law.

What I don’t understand is why someone hasn’t filed suit to stop the waivers by Nero without legislative approval.

Why hasn’t the House Leaders filed suit in federal Court?

Root’s plan is brilliant in its simplicity. Republicans will never go for it, or a significant portion of FReepers, for that matter.

I thought Rush was saying this too, someone was saying too, something like “Obamacare for thee but not for me”, Rush or Jason Lewis. I forget.

I do not want to implement the “affordable” care act ever.

It’s bad for businesses. They don’t need a waiver. They need it to disappear.

This sounds like a good idea to me. Too bad the Republicans didn’t go with this immediately. I believe they would have had more people behind them.

Meanwhile over at the federal website running the 36 exchanges operated by CMS …….’The system is down’. Blank boxes where security questions are supposed to appear. Pleas to “be patient.” “the system is busy right now.” Sounds like they hired Hewlett Packard as their implementation contractor. #AintNobodyGotTimeFoDat

“Equal Protection Under the Law.”

Or, to rephrase it to modern times, “equal persecution under the law.”

I don't either, but Root's argument makes sense. If the elites can exempt themselves, then so can us peasants. This reasonates with the low information voters better than just merely shutting it down.

BTW, Root attended Columbia University the same time as Obama did.

It’s just as easy to simply refuse to fund it.

Obamacare for NO ONE.

Obamacare has nothing to do with care, health or medical treatment.

Obamacare has everything to do with a mandatory insurance that everyone must buy at the point of the Federal gun.

Obamacare Medical Insurance premiums are under the control of the IRS.

These insurance premiums can be raised every year by the IRS with no involvement by Congress.

Thus, all the Democrat rulers have to do is tell the IRS how much taxpayer dollers need to be extracted from the taxpayers, and the IRS will extract the money for them.

Hence, Obamacare Insurance of taxation which is above the control of the US Congress, and it will stay that way forever.

Why hasn’t the House Leaders filed suit in federal Court?

My guess is that the courts won't touch this until the acts the waivers were granted to counteract have gone into effect.

You know, given Robert's ruling that Obamacare is a tax, the waivers would be totally illegal. The executive branch cannot give "waivers" to a tax.

Judicial Watch Files Suit on behalf of Kawa Orthodontics against Treasury & IRS to Overturn Delay of Obamacare Employer Mandate

http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/press-releases/judicial-watch-files-suit-on-behalf-of-dr-larry-kawa-of-kawa-orthodontics-against-obama-treasury-irs-to-overturn-delay-of-obamacare-employer-mandate/

“We obviously object to the employer mandate and the entire Obamacare law, but we understand that, under the U.S. Constitution, the law can only be changed by legislation passed by Congress and signed by the president. President Obama would delay the damage of his health care scheme until after the 2014 congressional elections. But politics do not trump the Constitution or the rule of law,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “And to paraphrase Ulysses S. Grant, the best way to ensure the repeal of a bad law is to enforce it vigorously.”

Re: “And to paraphrase Ulysses S. Grant, the best way to ensure the repeal of a bad law is to enforce it vigorously.”

Ulysses S. Grant never lived in Detroit.

Detroit has been voting for the same platform of bad laws for the last 40 years.
