Continued prayers lifted up to our Heavenly Father.

May God watch over Jim and his family. May He comfort Jim and his loved ones throughout the healing process. Oh Father, we are so grateful that You successfully guided the hands of Jim’s medical team. Please continue to hear our prayers and wrap Your arms of protection around Jim and his family.

Heavenly Father, we are grateful You saw fit to bless our FRiend Jim Robinson with a successful operation. Thank You for the path of education, instinct, and wisdom You have guided his medical team through during their careers. JR is one of the "good guys" in a time when this country needs more of them. We are thankful You have permitted him more time with us. In Jesus name, accept our thanks and speed his recovery. Amen.

I just talked to Jim.

It is difficult for him to post so he asked that I relay his message.

The surgeon was in this morning and said he was doing great. After the therapy team teaches him to transfer, they will make arrangements for him to go home.

He also thanks everyone for their prayers and good wishes.

Transfer? As in from chair to bed, or such? I don't know therapy lingo, that's why I'm asking...

Yes ... they need to teach him to transfer from a bed to a wheelchair, toilet, etc and then back again.

He is looking forward to going home.

DrO’s and my continued, faithful prayers for Jim.

In fact, my primary physician whom I saw this morning, is also a Viet Nam Vet, told me that VN Vets are tough fighters and that Jim come out of this tougher than ever... and healthier too.
