In a message through Palins PAC on Tuesday, Cruz wrote: We started out as underdogs in a long, competitive primary. But despite the odds being stacked against us, Governor Palin and SarahPAC showed daring leadership by endorsing my campaign. The Governors vision and the support of patriots like you helped transform my long-shot candidacy into victory on election night.
I would not be in the United States Senate today if it were not for Sarah Palin, said Cruz

No Republican since Reagan has pissed off the RINOs like Cruz has done.

It’s been so long since the ‘rats felt the push back of a true opponent, that they’re actually offended and even a little bit unhinged at the very existence of such a thing.
For their part, the RINOs in Congress are suddenly excruciatingly aware that this new arrival is showing the people just how deeply and completely they’ve compromised their supposed convictions, and how they’ve conspired with their enemies.
I’d like to think that Ted is also giving lesser known conservative stalwarts in Congress a boost of courage. He certainly seems to be having an effect on John Boehner, who’s displaying a level of courage none of us thought him capable of. Let us hope that he doesn’t relapse into his usual state.

Seems Cruz will be the fav among conservative voters. Christie is popular with the media and East coast libs but not in the heartland.
State GOP orgs are getting the message and have a lot of Tea party folks working within.
In all I think things are moving along well....but much needs to be done.
A 3rd party scam would kill any hopes of conservatives at this time.

If I ever saw somebody who was up to the challenge, ready to lead, and looking downright presidential, it is Ted Cruz. I get more impressed with the man every day. Have you noticed that despite all the slings and arrows he takes, he never responds in kind, never makes deragatory comments about those attacking him, never gets
mean? The guy just keeps smiling and never stumbles. In that way, he is Reaganesque.
Ted 2016.

He hasn’t “worked his way up the chain”....he didn’t have to wait through the line of Republicans waiting their turn to do the right thing because THERE WAS NO LINE!! All he had to do was get elected and do his job and that’s all it takes to vault him to the head of the party because the rest of them are spineless pussies (with exceptions, I’m not saying he’s the ONLY one doing his job). Sad, but just doing what he was elected to do makes him stand out, when it should just make him one more among the (R) Senate delegation.
