Conservative lawmakers are exploring the possibility of a short-term increase in the debt ceiling, perhaps trying to seize the opening after President Obama said a day earlier he would consider the option. Members of the Republican Study Committee, the most conservative bloc in the House, told Fox News they're looking at that possibility. Their inclination is to consider a short-term increase only if there is an agreement on a broader spending framework.

Agree. Don’t back down now. Obama is already starting to fold.

I don’t mind if they go month to month myself. That keeps the heat on and calms markets.

I prefer the status quo, effectively, the balanced budget amendment. Any increase in the ceiling equates to republicans negotiating with themselves.... especially, with 0’s stance of “no negotiations”.

On one small tiny condition that doesn’t cost anything. I want a ban on any federal employee being a member of a union.

Maybe so, but in a perverse way, I hope these worthless turds who voted for FUBO will get a painful lesson in the facts about what happens when the RATs get on to spend other people’s money. This FUBOCare monstrosity needs to fall the heaviest on these idiots.
I just wonder how long the guy who said that he loved Obama “but nixxa I’m broke guy’ continues to “love” where Obama has put him!

House Republicans eye short-term Child Enslavement Fix, ahead of White House meeting

There fixed the title, make no mistake, that is what it really is. Enslaving our Children into PAYING a constantly Increasing Interest Payment to the Money-Changers on a Rapidly Growing Perpetual Debt that can NEVER BE PAID, to pay for OUR WANTS TODAY. They will receive NO BENEFIT.

We used to call this Involuntary Servitude

Obozo re raising the debt limit in 2006:

“The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, ‘the buck stops here.’ Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.”

~ Senator Barack H. Obama, March 2006

Strategically this is a very good move.

The word is getting out on the unfolding disaster of Obamacare. Cruz has put the pubs in a position to win the demagogue is not being believed, the boy who cried wolf too often. Most are not noticing the shutdown just as they didn’t notice the sequester.

The Debt ceiling provides Obama with an opportunity to spook Wall st.

The rat Bas**rds are beginning to sweat the shutdown. Get the Debt ceiling off the table till say March of next year.

It is essential to win this battle it will destroy te Obama Presidency, hurt the rats in the next election and Position Cruz to be the next nominee and help the Tea Party get control of the pubs over Rove and the establishment.

Fight the winnable battle that hurt the enemy.
