Republican Rep. Mike Fitzpatrick had been expected to face a tough re-election fight.

Then he sided with GOP leadership and a tea party insisting that a federal spending plan to keep the government open must delay or defund President Barack Obama’s health care law. Now, with the partial government shutdown stretching into its second week, Fitzpatrick’s bid for a second term may be growing even more challenging.

Voters in his suburban Philadelphia district talk of a widening sense of disappointment with their two-term congressman, while Democrats across Pennsylvania and other states claim new momentum in their quest to take back the House majority next fall. …

Smell of desperation from AP. They’re stepping up the propaganda.

They’re in even tougher spots in conservative districts.

Democrats = Communists.

GOP “Moderates”(RINOS) = Communist Sympathizers.

It’s as simple as that.

It’s getting that you can ‘smell’ these Concern trolls everywhere. AP just tends to have a higher level than many of the others.

Moderates?
They are RINOS. Call them what they are.
They are in trouble? Maybe there is hope for the Republican party.
First Juan McLaim then Romney. You know the one whose son told us after the election that his dad really didn't have the fire in the belly.
Most of us here figured that out early on.

Mark this down once the main stream media and the Democrats realize that they lost on this one they will start to criticize Republicans for using this apparent win over delaying or derailing Obamacare in their bid for re-election.
A complete 180 of what they are doping now.

More tips from the Leftist AP, which provides the Demo talking points each day to the rest of their fellow travelers in the msm, hoping to panic the 20 or so GOP “moderates” into pressuring Boehner to bring the Democrats’ budget to a vote in the House. He will then lose his Speaker’s post and be discarded like used toilet paper by the media.

If any news outlet wants to “help” Republicans in the 2014 election, it would be the first time. They will be slanting their stories as always in favor of the Leftist Democrats next year, as usual.

I believe many Moderates would be in more trouble if they support the Democrats.

Obamacare has to go, any American who earns a living should be smart enough to see that. We have already wasted enough money on Nancy Pelosi’s death wish for America.

“They’re stepping up the propaganda”

That’s a fact. Go to just about any news website, left or right leaning, that allows comments, and obuma is getting slammed mercilessly. AP earns its Goebbel’s monicker everyday - All Propaganda.

I’m from his district. We hosted one of Romney’s last rallies during the election. I would estimate 30,000 people turned out. Everyone here, besides the welfare queens, are sick of Obama. And we all know the welfare queens don’t turn out in an off cycle.

The objective is to convince the leftists their ideology has failed.

The objective is NOT to water down conservatism!
