This, for the one or two of you who did not get it, was why they delayed implementation until after the 2012 election.

Seriously: Has anybody considered the possibility that Healthcare.gov is just a front-end mockup of an online exchange and not actually a functioning application?
The IRS undergoes the greatest mission creep of all time, as it becomes a de facto court, collection agency, repository of medical records, assessor, and paymaster. And they handle their present duties so well, too.
The fact that legislators, who passed this law, want to exempt themselves from ZeroCare only indicates its contempt for and disdain of the American people.
Incompetence? The system is working as intended. They don’t want to deliver health care. They want to collect the fines for not having health care. That’s why the IRS is running this scam.
We know owebama has no real-life work experience. What about sibelius? She was governor of Kansas but aside from that has she ever performed a real job? Probably a lawyer, too.

You can keep your plan. But the cost/month just doubled and the deductible went up to $1 more then you are ever likely to spend on heath care in a year.
Am I correct in assuming that using a PRIVATE exchange or simply purchasing a policy outside Obamacare is suitable?
It’s NOT incompetence. It’s completely and utterly by design. Once you have that in your head, it all makes sense.

The leftists are planning by this time next year to have a euro-socialist single payer system replacing the failed Obamacare, for which of course the pubbies will be blamed. Leftists never let a good crisis go to waste - especially when they engineer it.
Only “hundreds” have been able to sign up for a health care plan at the Obamacare websites. The Wall Street Journal reported:
