Arafat's personal doctor, Dr. Ashraf Al-Kurdi, stated publicly on several occasions that Arafat contained the HIV virus, and that Arafat died of AIDS.[63]
Later in another interview on Arabic network, Al Jazeera, he was cut off from the live broadcast, and was quoted as saying "someone injected HIV into Arafat’s body before he died and that the real cause of the Palestinian leader’s death was poison."[64]
In 2012, investigations based on documentation provided by Suha Arafat found that there was no symptoms or signs suggesting AIDS.
I would think that was obvious. Isn't that how it most often happens? And it could have even been from an innocuous little prick.
