That's what they said about the Sheridan. Mostly a light armored Cavalry vehicle not really for Armor units. It was also swimmable. Main gun was the Shillelagh TOW missile. About seventeen tons, it had a high profile.

Growing up in the early-70s, a friend’s dad was an O-6 armor expert, West Point grad plus MSME from GA Tech. He said exactly that about the Sheridan.
