Didn’t take much to topple it. It would’ve toppled by itself in a year or 20 million....
They wanted to save a child from being crushed....yeah - okay - how about you not take a child to an area where a large rock could fall and crush them....how about you not put kids in vehicles - since accidents can kill - I mean - that kind of logic, how many kids troop through that area in the first place...it was a bunch of fat men showing off their sumo warrior and thought it was funny until faced with a felony...kinda like the BSA thinking it’s alright to allow homosexuals in until faced with a 10 million $$$ civil suit for allowing pedobears in their ranks...personal responsibility is rare anymore!

Typical report from NBC to degrade any conservative organization. But beyond that the BSA District involved should terminate those moron leaders from any further leadership positions or in that or any other Boy Scout Troop.

Swalberg said State Parks authorities are conducting a criminal investigation. The Emery County Attorney’s Office also is reviewing the incident to determine if charges should be filed.”

As bad as it is, and it was utterly irresponsible of the Scout leaders, this is about one thing: doing as much damage as possible to the gay-hating Scouts organization.

Utah’s director of state parks, Fred Hayes, said he was appalled by the video and that his agency had launched a criminal investigation. Glen Wright, a Scout executive in the state, said the Scouting organization is conducting an internal investigation. Deron Smith, a national spokesman for the Boy Scouts of America, called the leaders’ behavior “reprehensible.”
“Obviously, this type of activity does not represent Scouting or what it teaches in any way,” Smith told The Times in an email.
The incident revisits the thorny issues of humans’ relationship with nature and at what point concern for human safety outweighs the integrity of the environment.
To state officials, it’s a question of desecration and vandalism. To the Boy Scouts, it’s a question of to what extent the leaders violated the almost sacrosanct principle of “leave no trace camping,” a philosophy that seeks to minimize human impact on the environment through proper waste disposal and camping practices.
As to which principles of that philosophy the leaders violated?
“Well, everything,” said Wright, the Scout executive.
NBC hates anything conservative and just wants to destroy BSA by pushing their homosexual agenda onto the BSA.

The rock was unstable and would have fallen on its own in a short time.

The BSA has already bent over to the homosexual agenda.
Goblin Valley State Park is known for those rock formations. These guys were pretty stupid but they wouldn't have been that stupid. They knew.
I'm sure they're going to find their trip through the legal system to be a real blast.
