Speaking of optics, I took my grandson, 6 years old and my grand-nephew, 11 y/o out to shoot yesterday. The 6 y/o could never get up to speed with a scope and I wish I had taken something with just irons.

I think I want a tube fed bolt action 22. Any ideas?

BTW, this kid is a wiz with computers and games. I thought he would de better than he did.

I think Metcalf is in the Witness Protection Program, at his Illinois Ranch.

Look for the “Guns & Ammo” magazine to take a major subscription hit; the comments at the article aren’t nice:

It sure is. I put on a set of Hogue cocobolo grips and bought a Galco holster for it. Nothing say “go away” quite like a .357. LOL

I think ruger still makes a mag fed bolt action 22.

CZ used to make some great ones too.

At the gun show yesterday I bought a ticket for the latest drawing from the area Friends of NRA. $20 bucks gets me a chance at a Savage AXIS XP in 308 (with scope), a Springfield XD 9MM pistol, and a Weatherby PA-08 12 gauge pump. One winner takes all three! Woot!

Put a keyboard on the stock; he’ll adapt quickly.

Sounds like “someone got to him”... he’s been a Pro-2A stalwart for 30-35yrs in the industry. We really won’t know unless he comes on GT to explain his “sudden change”. I have a feeling he won’t.

Sometimes I think guys like Zumbo just get to feeling like “I got mine, and to hell with the rest of you”

Bad thinking.

The guy living in the singlewide has the same rights as the guy who lives in the mansion on the hill
