Wish our guys were fighters.

Yep, and have that good attitude. Many embrace negativity.

Well in 2017 I hope the repubs robo calls 36 hours before the election will be:

McAuliffe wants to bring slavery back (True in a economic sense). McAuliffe believes in the right for pedophiles to sexually rape your kids (True because he serves satan). All is fair in politics and war...

Given the dirty tricks & millions spent TM only managed to squeak out 1% point more that Cooch.

I believe that the deciding issue will be the ObamaCare lies! It’s obvious that the more they learn about ObamaCare; the more the voters hate it and in 2014 they will turn against all the Dems who voted for it!

Only in the last few weeks did KC talk about Obamacare and that why he closed the gap!

That’s a big lesson for the GOP to go after evey Dem Senator on ObamaCare!

Yes, we lost this battle but we have a bigger war to fight in 2014! And I agree with Winston Churchill who said: “Never, never, never, ever give up!’

"The GOP of today is infested with special interest monies and crony capitalism."

Same thing with the dems, only 99% of their constituency are too stupid to figure that out.

>Did we keep the House of Delegates?<

He’s sure talking bipartisanship, which seems to indicate he’s not got a free ride. Thank God the Founders of our commonwealth used republican principles when they built the governing documents of the Old Dominion.

Good for the House. Maybe this will help to rein in Fast Terry. Sad to see Ralph Northam win over Jackson. His refusing to shake Jackson’s hand was truly pathetic.

"I’ve been out of the loop. What is all this talk about Rove?"

YES! I've been wondering, too??? How does Sarvis walk away with 7%??? and how does MacAuliffe, that slimeball hack, win?? With or without Rove?

I know Mc'A spent millions more than Cuccinelli, but c'mon...he still barely squeaked by...so WTF (pardon my language)? Do people have short memories? NO memories? No brains??

McAuliffe is on news now thanking Republicans who crossed party lines to vote for him...WHAT B.S! There is NO GOP'er who would ever do that, IMHO...

On to the next battle, Virginia...so sorry for your loss, which is a loss for many of us too...not unexpected, but sickening, nevertheless.

The D’s may have picked up a few seats in the HoD, district 2 is one of them, but not nearly enough of them I guess

The robo call is reported here. This kind of trick works on lo-fo voters. The Dems are masters of dirty tricks!

Yep, it’ll be interesting to see how this affects the elitist GOP, I doubt it’ll help them.

GO TEA Party!

AL 01-Runoff
GOPe(With major Chamber of Commerce money) Byrne 37,530(52%) Tea party-Dean Young 34,049(48%)

I knew this one was going to be close but I was hoping for a different result.

With 98.98% reporting, Obenshain leads by 16,000 votes.

Good news, at least in the Virginia Attorney General's race.

Ugh, listening to this braying jackass McAwful giving his acceptance speech. What a nightmare. I know there are a lot of libs in northern VA, and in Richmond, but I still think Ken Cuccinelli could have won this race if not for that fake "Libertarian" Sarvis, siphoning votes from him.

DemocRATs' funding of fake "Libertarians" in these important races have proven to be very effective for the Left. That's how Republican Mia Love lost her Congressional race in 2012. That one still ticks me off...

“I don’t have all the answers but we have to find a way to fight the Democrats and win or lose it all. We can win though, I’m sure of it because we have God on our side, if He is with us, who can be against us.”

True. But God helps those who help themselves. He won’t save us from our fate if we don’t do enough on our own.

Most importantly, we need to stop listening to our own rhetoric. We convince ourselves and then think the fight is won. That gets farther from the truth every day. I think gay marriage is the perfect example of this - we rested fat and happy, complacent and content in the knowledge that our side had never lost a popular election. We didn’t think we needed to work anymore. Then we started losing those elections, and some here still can’t believe it happened. While we napped, the Dems were out campaigning. And they won, to the point where I don’t there’s any going back.

We can’t afford to lose any more of those fights. We can’t afford to pretend that we’re not in real trouble with the country as a whole.

Wiki has Mark Dudenhefer (R) from Stafford and PWCo (2011) for HOD#2. Sounds like he went down by what you posted.

Obenshain up .56 with 14 precincts to go. The Dems are trying to get it to free recount territory.
