“Been off wheat and other gluten products “

Are you sure it was the gluten and not the calories? People find they feel better when they eat less.

The gluten free fad dieters may feel better initially because of a placebo fad effect, sort of like the buzz one would get right after buying a Tesla and just before it caught fire and two,
it may actually be an allergy to the yeast, not the wheat.

My wife had a long history of anemia, which really bothered her since she's got AB- blood that has another factor that makes it the rarest blood type to donate and much needed for neo-natal issues. She cried for several days once because her iron was too low to donate blood to a sick baby that soon died.

When she stopped eating wheat and gluten, the anemia stopped. Her iron count is perfect.

What you eat has everything to do with your health.

Been tracking at 1200 to 1400 calories per day for the past six to eight months. Calorie intake hasn't changed, just the source.
