“And when I’m hopefully playing with some grandkids, but not too soon, because [Mr. Obama’s daughters] Malia and Sasha are only 15 and 12, I want to know that what I did made the world a better place for them,”

Your crony connections have already made them rich for life, so what do they need to worry about?

I want them to know that because of the decisions we made now, we’re more energy independent and that we’re improving our environment

His plan is that the rest of us will live in caves and have no cars, so we won't need any energy.

Let’s be frank about this. Once the dictatorship is cracked then any honest court will overturn many of these socalled executive orders. A mechanism which was never intended as a means whereby the executive could take over massive legislative functions.

Executive orders were intended so the president didn’t have to go begging to congress to hire a white house staff.

As I understand it congress has thirty days to reject abuse of the constitution ... so how about it weeper?

Hey, Bozo, we don’t have a king. When will this toothless Congress wake up and take this power-drunk dictator to court?

We already tried this with the stimulus package. The American people were sent a bill for a trillion dollars. It, like obomacare, was a miserable failure.

The definition of insanity (or evil intent).

“What we’ve seen over the last several years is a constant ratcheting up of partisanship that prevents us from moving forward on things..."

So says the Partisan In Chief. I swear, Obama's hypocrisy is just jaw dropping. He seems to be getting more hypocritical and detached from reality every day.

If Hollywood didn't have their lips surgically attached to his butt, they'd be having a field day with the drivel that comes out of his mouth.

I would say throw down you punk, but after the last few years if what he has done hasnt got the civil war started, nothing will. As long as people get enough gas to travel, and enough money to play, they wont do a GD thing to stop from becoming slaves to the elite or the scum of the earth.

This SOB knows this and will keep on keepin on.

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C. S. Lewis

All who doubt the wisdom of Lewis might watch the video of the President's remarks at a National Prayer Breakfast. There, Obama arrogantly misappropriated Jesus's spiritual challenge to individuals, claiming those words as validating and authorizing abusive use of coercive power by himself and his cronies to "take" from some in order to buy votes and accumulate more power to themselves--all in the name of "helping" the beneficiaries of such unconstitutional "takings."

Hear Samuel Adams:

"Is it now high time for the people of this country to explicitly declare whether they will be free men or slaves. It is an important question which ought to be decided. It concerns more than anything in this life. The salvation of our souls is interested in this event. For wherever tyranny is established, immorality of every kind comes in like a torrent, it is in the interest of tyrants to reduce the people to ignorance and vice.” - Samuel Adams

And:

“The utopian schemes of leveling and a community of goods, are as visionary and impractical as those which vest all property in the crown. These ideas are arbitrary, despotic, and, in our government unconstitutional.” - Samuel Adams

“Energy independence is one of them. Making sure that we’re investing in the best schools, so that our children can compete in this new global economy; rebuilding our infrastructure, not just our energy infrastructure, but our ports and our roads and our bridges and our air traffic control systems, so that we stay on the cutting edge; making sure we’re investing in research and development...”

None of which are within the constraints of the enumerated powers contained in the US Constitution.

Just sayin’

Obama wouldn’t know a good common sense idea if it bit him in the ass. All he knows are old tired communist ideas.
