Brashear is not necessarily a “black” school (though it is probably a lot closer to that since the merger with Langley). A couple of nearby neighborhoods are overwhelmingly white, and Beechview is now full of Hispanics. Probably less black than most city schools.

We get liberal and conservative (classical definitions) mixed up, why not red and white?
