Amen. Those who want to give Zimwad the benefit of the doubt after one wife, two girlfriends decades apart, and three or more stops for speeding since the verdict-—read the incident report! He barricaded the door and the police had to break it down! Sounds like the media is bending over backwards to give this guy the benefit of the doubt.

Your comment would bring much angst to any of the victim’s family members. I am ashamed the forum doesn’t police this site better.
There is a difference between insensitive and just plain dog scum cruelty as you so relish. There is no evidence any family member profited from the tragedy Zimwad was responsible for. Zimwad hid his shotgun before the police arrived, then forced them to break the door down.
Remember all that money that poured in for his defense—the money that was concealed from the court? Zimwad’s lawyers even said publicly they never got paid. So who was it pocketed the sucker’s dough?

Well since you have read the Incident Report maybe you can answer a few questions about it:
1] If your live-in put a gun in your face and told you not to call the police, would you continue to do so or maybe put the phone away, walk away, and call from somewhere else???
And yet the brave stupid little bimbette, supposedly with a gun in her face the whole time, dials 911.
Is that credible???
2] If your live-in has the gun in your face while you are on the phone to the police, as she claims for a minute or so, then what would be the first thing that you would complain about to the operator — broken sunglasses, a broken glass table, or that gun in your face???
And yet her first concern was those broken sunglasses and that broken glass table —
Is that believable to you???
3] If the live-in subsequently pushed you out of the house and blocked the door so that there is now a blocked door between you and the person with the gun, would you then complain about being on the other side of the door???
And more importantly would you be trying to get back in to get some more shotgun in your face????
Her performance on the phone to the 911 operator was so poorly scripted and poorly acted out that one would think that Ben Crump was directing her performance — which probably explains why you buy what she is selling.
Well Solomon (the probable author) answered his own question at the end of Ecclesiastes.

And anyhow. I’d rather have one faithful wife who told me she thought I was a Super Stud (and I’d try very hard to be such a thing to her).
The sex act is nothing more than recreation unless it is with someone who has devoted their life to you , and yours to them.

It’s also a minor point. And I’m not saying Zimmerman is “always” the victim. What I AM saying is that I take “innocent until proven guilty” very seriously, especially when the facts as presented would not be anywhere near enough to convict.
The only evidence for the allegations is a single person’s word. That is no evidence at all, even if every word they say is true.

Another detail that is getting coverage but rings untrue is her complaint of being choked a week before this incident, but not reporting it.
Choking leaves bruises and can cause serious damage even if the victim isn’t killed, so where are the photos of bruises or the record of a doctor visit?
Maybe they exist, but I haven’t seen any references to these things.
If there are no photos, why not? Why wait a week to mention being choked? Because bruises heal?
Domestic violence is horrible, but so is a false accusation.

Wow — she sure got on top of this quickly.
It’s almost as if she was there.
When I first heard this story, I really wanted to know what this girlfriend looked like. I figured that would give me an idea of which way to lean on this. I base this on the negatives George carries with him regarding what would cause a woman to steer clear.
I was looking for her to be physically attractive, which would point to a form of honeypot scenario. I finally saw a picture of her. That tipped me in one direction - for now.
This is starting to remind me of the original Martin case. Everybody (including me) assumed he was some white cop wannabee who shot a harmless young black boy. Of course, two days after information started coming out, I quickly changed my view. And it came down in court exactly the way I saw it in spring of 2012.
We’ll see what happens this time. It’s new. I don’t know which side I’ll fall on in the end.

I confess that at 60 years old, I’d be very suspicious of any cute young thing that seemed to want to get up close and personal. But the problem is that my brother, who is just a year younger than me, rarely dates anyone over 30, and his current long time girlfriend is not yet 30, so you never know. It’s probably the reason guys fall for it - technically, it is remotely possible that the girl is sincere.
It’s also possible you hold the winning lotto ticket.
She apparently has a young daughter but she does not live with her. Why??? Is she unstable and an unfit parent??
She witnessed Shellie hit George over the head with her IPad but refused to give a statement to the police. Wow — what a friend.
She claims that George once took a lot of pills to commit suicide but instead of calling 911, she just sits there and watches him breathe.
Really??? It’s a good thing she doesn’t have custody of her daughter.
She and her mother tried to sell her story to the media but they weren’t buying it — until this incident.
One other question — whose name is on the lease??? his, hers, or both????
The impression is given that it is her house — but is it???.
In the above article at one point he moves all of her things out and I assume her out as well. How could he do that if it was her residence and her name on the lease??
If his name is on the lease then what right does she have to demand he leave and throw a temper tantrum when he doesn’t???
This story is producing more questions than answers.
