Did he concede that he underestimates that too?
Considering the fact that there are literally millions of websites in cyber-space, do you think that any of us will accept that as an excuse?!
Elementary kids can build websites (although I know that I can’t) and there are thousands of firms that do it successfully EVERY DAY.
This, from an administration that was supposed to be so tech-savvy, and so smart.
This is just pitiful. From the commander in chief of multiple government agencies that have figured out how to record your individual farts in bed at night and he says “we underestimated....” blah, blah, blah.
If I were a black man in this country, and a citizen by birth, I’d be sorely pissed that this ‘brother’ is now in charge of my race’s demonstration of competency.
Gee, I hope they understand the complexities of running a health care system for 300 million people better...
You would never know that he is in arguably the most technologically advanced nation in the world, with the top tech companies.
Yet he casts his team as being technological naifs.

How come the private sector IT guys don’t get paid the same way you wasted $$$$ taxpayer money, and they operate on a much tighter timeline?
Obama, Reid, and Pelosi underestimated the spirit of the American people and their resistance to tyranny and slavery to the State, ya think?
I still wanna know where the 600 million bucks went. Is anyone ever going to ask this question? Any hearings, investigations or special committees?
