Since I moved from San Diego to Pocatello in Dec 2000, we have had ONE drive by shooting incident. It was members of the ISU basketball team vs members of the ISU football team. Pretty much the only black people in town. They wouldn't dare attempt the knockout game. People carry here.

Unfortunately, drive by shooting not unknown here but it’s virtually ALWAYS Hispanic gangs, not blacks.
