At least there is still some sanity left somewhere on this freaked out planet.
They’ve seen what the ‘best of government’ can do in the development of the PPACA Website. It appears that they realize it actually takes people with intelligence, experience and knowledge to handle large projects instead of allowing government functionaries to pull it all out of their ass.
