Melding the Hanukkah holiday and foreign affairs, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu solemnly vowed to act as a “light unto the nations” and act against Iran’s nuclear program should diplomacy fail Thursday night.
Speaking at the Western Wall for a Hanukkah candle-lighting ceremony, Netanyahu compared Iran’s nuclear program to a darkness that would be forced out by Israel, referencing a popular children’s song for the holiday.

Watched a vid about the IAF in the 1967 war. One of their major advances was cutting fighter/bomber ground turnaround time to mere minutes, greatly increasing the number of daily sorties flown. If the Israelis could do that then, with 1950’s Mirage & Mystere aircraft, then the IAF must by now be the world’s largest airborne scalpel.
Just prior to the initial strikes that caught the Egyptian air force on the ground, the IAF sent their pilots on leave to splash in the surf with their families. It was a deception that succeeded brilliantly.
Anything can happen now with few if any warning signs.

On a different thread I wrote that I think Israel’s Mossad has Intel. It might point directly at that fake president obummer. I stated they may release it at the appropriate time, like say just after they destroyed Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
Hate to say it....but I think Net will send intel to Russia first.
"Should diplomacy fail". Hmmm....sounds like Netanyahu is pulling back the rhetoric a bit. Interesting.
Well he looks like he is taking the high road. He wants to illuminate the problem to the whole world, at least the part of the whole world that will listen. (Christians generally will.)
And... ultimately the high road is the way of God.
There is a time to do smackdowns for God, but it isn’t on a whim. Circumstances have to be right. I think he knows that Christians, by and large, have his spiritual back, even though he does not yet believe in some Christian tenets. (Same God, but there’s a dispute about details.)
No he's not. Netanyahu has been all over the airwaves promising that Israel will not allow Iran to go nuclear.
My money is on someone finally convincing Netanyahu that his thinly veiled threat of military action is isolating Israel at a time when it needs to be involved with events.
You do know that Netanyahu is a mere mortal politician....yes?
Well he didn’t spell out HOW he was going to achieve this goal.
It would sound reasonable to still hope to prevail upon Christians in America and elsewhere.
He’s Jewish and that means he has the promise of God on his stubborn soul. We can wrangle theological details — does this mean salvation or just earthly blessing? — but earthly blessing is certainly marked enough for the Jews. They suffer AND they bring blessing. Kind of like their King did... hmmm?? God doesn’t always wait for someone to say out loud that they accept Him, before blessing them. Because He has an omniscient view.
What would he prevail upon American Christians to do? Exactly?
Overthrow the Democrat rule, for starters.
Remember this mere mortal has a mere God behind him.
Fair enough. Then why has Netanyahu not acted on this threat to Israel in the 20 years he's been talking about it? Does he not know he has the promise of God?
And if any time was pregnant for the God of truth to be called upon to move to overthrow a world of lies... it would seem to me, IMHO, that this is it. One huge lie, Obamacare, which touches people where they can NOT ignore. One big turkey, in chains, while here’s your musket, Pilgrim. (Turkey being figurative for the Democrat lies.)
The Jews are slow to understand this, yes. Ultimately they have the Christian blessing... yes Jesus died for their souls too. And that hurts their prides! Oy vey does it hurt their prides!
