The co-CEO of Archie Comics is being sued for gender discrimination after she allegedly stalked her male colleagues and referred to them as "penis" rather than using their actual names.
But Nancy Silberkleit's lawyer says the lawsuit is bogus because white men aren't members of a "protected class," reports the New York Daily News.
The $3.25-million lawsuit by five Archie employees alleges Silberkleit used her "gender as a weapon" by yelling "Penis! Penis! Penis!" during a meeting.
What's more, the plaintiffs allege she used the term for their names regularly, brought Hells Angels to the office to intimidate them, repeatedly made reference to her late husband's handgun and 750 rounds of ammo supposedly kept in the office and stalked employees and their families.
Silberkleit has denied the allegations, calling them "cruel and mean and inaccurate."
The 59-year-old took over the role of co-CEO after her husband's death in 2008.

Once the pigs took over the farm they realized they were "more equal". It's not "hate speech" or racism or discrimination if it's directed against white men or Christians.
Perhaps she can use menopause-induced hysteria as a defense.

I’ve had to endure many (many) mandatory sexual harassment presentations. The one thing they all make clear is that there is no “protected” class—anyone can harass anyone else: man, woman, gay, straight. Race plays no part in the equation.
Of course, that is in the US. This is Canada, so who knows?
Her lawyer’s full of crap. If you have to be a member of a protected class to be protected by a law, that law is unconstitutional under the equal protection clause.
