Witnesses are saying in the video that ran up and hit the girl. Then the girl handed his butt back to him...and then some help from her boyfriend.
After watching the video several times, I have to believe that wasn't her boyfriend but rather a good samaritan who rushed to her rescue....and kicked his head into the next country.
