I downloaded Scanner Radio on my smartphone - it lets you listen to police scanners all over the world - this incident had over 10,000 listeners.

The report on the phone-enable scanner radio was that he was a short white male in a baseball cap, jeans and a sweatshirt. What they didn’t say is “it’s time for the monthly mass shooting for American media spin, and we’re on it!”

You've got to get it in before the others do even if it means no info is available.
