This means the details are fatal to O’care and the Dem’s chances in 2014.
Screw ‘em!
There is no “security” issue here.
It’s all political.

Every document regarding obamacare should be made public!
It should be illegal to hide even one!
democraps being embarrassed is no reason for secrecy, just the opposite!

This means that the damning information already released to the press is exponentially worse than the reality.
I would guess that the administration is actively covering up incidents of identity theft, financial malfeasance, and exorbitance along with criminal incompetence on the part of HHS and the White House.

because they include software code and other technical information that is highly sensitive and could give hackers Which of course would be redacted anyway.
My guess is that MITRE told the WH that the site was seriously flawed as far as security was concerned. Probably the information got to Sebellius and/or Obama and they rejected it because the deadline was their most important priority.
Levin, Waxman, etc. are trying to muddy the waters by making Issa seem insensible to security issues because they know what's coming.

It is reckless in the extreme for Chairman Issa or any member to possess these documents without a full understanding of the extremely sensitive information they contain and the widespread damage that could be caused if they got into the wrong hands,"The wrong hands" = the voters and the "widespread damage" = Dems up for reelection in 2014.

Seven of the leftiest lefties in a universe of Dem lefties want a meeting. Obviously embarrassing to the left.

Dec 13, 2013:
HHS to Issa: We Won't Comply With Your Subpeona Because We Don't Trust You "....The Health and Human Services Department told House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa that it wont turn over documents related to the security of the Healthcare.gov website because it cant trust him to keep secret information that could give hackers a roadmap to wreak havoc on the system. Issa has issued a subpoena to MITRE, a government contractor, to turn over unredacted copies of security-testing documents by noon Friday. At issue are website development plans MITRE drafted for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which is under HHS. Already, Issa has been given access to the documents he seeks in camera meaning committee staff were able to review them in a room but not keep them but he is seeking physical copies...Administration officials worry that Issa intends to put them in the public domain, which Esquea argues could compromise the security of the site...While agency letters to Capitol Hill tend to be very deferential, Esqueas did little to veil the administrations feelings about Issas trustworthiness....."

Since when has “Covering your ass” and “National Security” been synonymous.
Oh! Well never mind.

It is reckless in the extreme for Chairman Issa or any member to possess these documents without a full understanding of the extremely sensitive information they contain and the widespread damage that could be caused if they got into the wrong hands, they added. These documents describe how FedGov spent $600M+ of our money. The only sensitive part is the shocking corruption behind granting these noncompetitive contracts to those with connections.

That is a lie right there,
"In a separate letter to Boehner and Pelosi, the White House legal counsel warns the documents would, if disclosed, provide information to potential hackers that increases the risk they could penetrate HealthCare.gov. If there was such a risk in those documents, then the companies involved would not have turned them over. That is the huge false flag argument they want to make, whatever is in those documents means something way more than what a few hackers care to get their hands on.
The question becomes what does the government want ...WANT... so freakingly desperately from individual citizens and ...non-citizens...? What blackmail of the public is at hand?
It is time we demand the full disclosure of who is getting paid off in this Ponzi scheme.

How could the damage be more widespread than what they've done already?

I’m surprised the SOCIALIST DEMOCRATS didn’t say it was RACIST for Issa to ask for them. What CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS would they be afraid of. Maybe the CLASSIFICATION who who RECEIVED THE PAYOLA and SPECIAL NO BID CONTRACTS to screw the american taxpayers.
