This instance is not a First Amendment issue. But Robertson is exactly the type of person that must be protected from the government.
A pie...I dunno...liberals do pies alot, PETA...etc. I like the spirit of it though, especially delivered via perp in an Uncle Sam costume, while Morganna eats at some upper crust lib/dem restaurant. A public pieing would end/start my day nicely, then posted on youtube for all to enjoy. That is, all who want the idiot to learn something about how we aren’t Britain and he can get the flock out if he doesn’t like our constitution, as can Obama and everyone else who wants to do away with it, and who thinks they are smarter than the founders were.

I don’t think the actual incident is on tape but here he is talking about it. It’s almost as satisfying as watching him do it.
His paid bodyguards will step aside when they see the angry mob coming, just like the bodyguards of marked mobsters did during mafia wars.
So let me get this straight, was Morgan thrown out of Britain? Obviously he doesn’t understand how the Bill of Rights works. Maybe Canada will take him in, or Australia.
