Maybe it is, just like psychopathy is hardwired in those with a dysfunctional frontal lobe. Doesn’t mean it should be embraced or accepted as normal and good.

In Christian parlance this would be termed a means of temptation. I don’t know if there is even such a thing as a brain condition (which is materialistic) that can lend itself ONLY to immorality.

This does not mean for one millisecond that we should be unmerciful to those in temptation. We should by all means share every grace with those people which will nourish them spiritually to beat the demons behind the temptation (by overwhelming them with God’s goodness). Too often we say “let someone else do it.” It’s high time we stop being a country of lone rangers. It takes a toll.
