Pedophilia has been widely viewed as a psychological disorder triggered by early childhood trauma.
Now, many experts see it as a biologically rooted condition that does not change — like a sexual orientation — thanks largely to a decade of research by Dr. James Cantor at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
Cantor’s team has found that pedophiles share a number of physical characteristics, including differences in brain wiring. It’s now thought that about 1 to 5 per cent of men are pedophiles, meaning they are primarily attracted to children.
These findings have been widely accepted among scientists, but have had little impact on social attitudes or law. However, we are left with the alarming question: if some men are born pedophiles, what should society do with them?

An adult who fancies little boys or girls is a threat to those little boys or girls. Lock them away and don’t give them the legitimacy that groups like NAMBLA crave so desperately for their perversions.

I think the 1 - 5% is way high in the overall population but look at the far left and democratic politicians it’s probably much higher. This is yet another group that will be seeking “approval” and tacked on to the LGBT.. to LGBTP.
A good way to reduce the numbers of pedophiles infesting the gene pool would be to kill them every time one is caught abusing a child. The added benefit is that it would significantly reduce the number of predatory homosexuals, the two being one and the same for the most part. Society ought not accommodate child molesters with political correctness.

Malcolm was angry that she had identified him as the rapist. He later told cops he wanted revenge. He was charged again in 1994 with rape and assault on four children who he allegedly tied to a bed and forced to perform sex acts. A judge later made a favorable ruling in Malcolm’s case and he walked out of the courtroom a free man. But child molesters evoke little sympathy from the general public. On February 18 2000, two men showed up at Malcolm’s doorstep and promptly put a bullet in his head. One person said what a lot of Londoners were feeling: “Whoever did this deserves a medal!” N.Y. Post, February 20, 2000).
