One can only hope that this type of overreach will open the public’s eyes to the corrupt, venal behavior produced by absolute legislative power. Somehow, comments on the San Francisco Chronicle article called the paper Rightwing and blamed the powerless Republicans for anything that they found distasteful.
I say let the progressive pendulum swing unabated like we witnessed in places like Michigan and by 2016, there will be a clean sweep. The public will beg successful business people to run for office.
Just another 24-36 months of progressive nuttiness should be the catalyst. It will also prod the losers to move to places like Colorado to partake in the state’s magical drug culture.
