There can be no deal as long as the Pali’s refuse to recognize Israel’s right to exist. This deal is done as in dead on arrival. Kerry is carrying on as he has always done making noise with no substance.

of course, but even as a first stage of killing the Jews it is a big step... because it would render Israel incapable of defending itself (giving away the high ground overlooking Israel’s civilian communities, plus giving away Israel’s already very limited eastern buffer strip — which provides Israel maybe ten or fifteen minutes early warning against invasion)
