Keeping the classroom dysfunctional so that no one learns anything.

Typical coercive utopian tyranny.

So if you are a minority you can break the law a little more then someone else before they arrest you? Is this saying that minorities break the law more often then others and therefor need special dispensation?

So, now it’s “jail inequality” in addition to “income inequality”?

The “disabled” get locked up more than average??
Although students with disabilities make up 12 percent of U.S. students, they are 19 percent of students who are suspended and almost a quarter of those getting a school-related arrest. …
Funny how there is absolutely no definition offered for “students with disabilities”. I have never seen any students with what I understood to be disabilities at greater risk of being disciplined or arrested for any reason. The ones that got arrested were those that sold drugs, were violent or engaged in other criminal activity.

And not to forget the civil right minorities have to play the “knockout game”.

The lawsuit contended that police in Meridian, Mississippi, routinely arrested suspended students even when they lacked probable cause to believe they had committed a crime.

Did this really happen "routinely"?

So much for the white man’s standards. Blacks have been having trouble with them for how long now?

Bottom line......if at all possible get your kids out of public school, either by way of private or home schooling. If there is no choice ‘right thinking” parents must get involved in school boards or PTA’s.

Why do blacks (minorities) get arrested more often? Because blacks commit crimes more often.

If they’d stop committing crimes they wouldn’t be arrested as much

Truthfully, states should enact “with authority comes common sense” laws, which says that people in positions of authority in the state must use “common sense” in carrying out their duties. (I know the actual wording would be different).

1) Zero tolerance policies in schools. School teachers and administrators are *required* to exercise good judgment in dealing with disciplinary matters as individual cases, instead of carrying out irrational policies, or asking for the arrest of children except in extraordinary circumstances.

2) Police officers when summoned to schools will not arrest children on the demand of teachers or administrators unless significant laws have been broken that are *outside* of the discipline authority of the schools as proxy for their parents.

3) Other people in positions of authority are expected to use good judgment, or face the consequences for bad judgment, or the abrogation of their authority.
