Dems have mastered covering up the facts so they think.
How about changing the word WELFARE back to PUBLIC ASSISTANCE and prohibiting the federal government and the states from administering the program and requiring the municipalities to administer it and to public the names of the individuals receiving such “assistance” and the amounts they receive in each payment and their lifetime totals. That is how PUBLIC ASSISTANCE worked in the 1950s. But then back in the 1950s people went on PUBLIC ASSISTANCE for short periods of time, were grateful for the assistance, and found jobs in short order.
Let’s change the word “moron” to “Sheila”.
How about changing “welfare” to “Obamafare”?

Designate the recipients as telecommuting government employees and be done with it. They've already got a free government phone and don't do anything. Then, the Fraud in Chief can claim a massive job creation program and the AWADPT Union (Ain't Working And Don't Plan To) can start organizing and raising money for the political mob.
