Absolutely true. If she was really serious about cutting childhood obesity and obesity for the rest the very least she could do is mandate (isn't that how the Obama’s do everything?) that EBT cards could only be used to buy real foods- not candy, chips, sugared cereal, soda, fast food, etc. But that would rile the democrat base. Not going to happen.
