According to Paula Deen, she does. When Michelle guested on Paula's show, Paula said Michelle really scarfed down the food, even when the cameras weren't rolling. Paula said she never saw anybody eat so much.

I thought the whole idea behind the “Let’s Move” was to soften her true image as a bomb-throwing Bolshevik. This was preaching to choir from the get-go. The supposed beneficiaries of the program won’t listen to her (or anyone else).
