Justin Bieber was charged Wednesday with assault for allegedly hitting a Toronto limousine driver several times in the back of the head last month, just hours after his attorney entered a separate not guilty plea in Florida to drunken-driving and other charges.
Bieber turned himself in to a Toronto police station, arriving amid a crush of media and screaming fans. He was charged with one count of assault and is scheduled to appear in court in Toronto on March 10.
Police allege Bieber was one of six people who were picked up by a limousine from a nightclub in the early morning hours of Dec. 30, and there was an altercation while en route to a hotel.
Police said during the altercation one of the passengers hit the limo driver in the back of the head several times.

I know I'm dating myself. Kookie was the first male in my life. All of us girls LOVED him. We giggled and swooned....TOTALLY harmless and fun. I had a POSTCARD with his photo on it. I took it to school and we all LOVED it.

I said this to my kids four years ago, his family( mother was cashing in, leaving him unsupervised and unable to choose friends wisely
I said, and they all said I was stupid, all talented musicians find their passion and improve on it at age 13.
I have many lists of them in my head. The smart ones, or the poor ones or the ones with loving mature humble parents are the ones who are lucky

The Bieb suddenly seems to have Lohan-like problems .... substance abuse, getting into continuous trouble, etc. He needs help, plain and simple. While he’s being attended to, it would be nice if Canada kept him ..... I’m getting sick and tired of the latest iteration of the Adventures of Beiber by the easily distracted and increasingly ‘juvenile’ US media.

I saw the incredible media frenzy as depicted on Canadian television. The pushing, the reaching, the shoving, the cameras. I said to my liberal wife (bless her) "has the world gone mad?"
Well I do know it hasn't. I also opined that hundreds of crazy 19 year olds are doing hundreds of crazy things. Hopefully it will all blow over. I shake my head and can only curse the damned media.
