Could someone pay the tax and then claim a deduction as a medical expense. Does this effectively make the gym a healthcare facility/clinic? If so, would too much exposure to the UV light create a case against them for malpractice. Would, would... (head explodes)

Planet Fitness should spin off their tanning operations since they have a tax that doesn't apply to everything else. Or they should just tax the tanning services. If their non-tanning customers don't drop Planet Fitness, it's their fault that they're stupid enough to go along with this.
And then there's that tanning situation, which is probably worse for ones health than is smoking. What's it doing in a health spa anyway?

My family goes more galt with every passing week. I no longer have a gym membership. The less we buy, the less we feed the beast. The amount of barter and person to person sales that go on around where we live are truly amazing.
We jus split a steer with a friend and will be doing the same thing with a pig. Holy cow the steaks are amazing.
