And democrats will still find a way to blame the GOP for something.
Absolutely pathetic.
Why?
I’m surprised the RINO’s didn’t throw in a tax hike for good measure. We’ve come a long way from 2010.
So much for the Hastert rule.
There should be an immediate election of a new Speaker as he longer speaks for the majority.
He owns it! He owns it! He owns it! The debt, the medical mess, all of it. Hang it around their necks and keep making it their albatross. In the meantime...buy gold!
The kenyan now has plenty of cash to try and buy another election.
Boehner and his lieutenants are totally useless.
Boehner is a Republican. NOT A CONSERVATIVE.
Yep. His lawlessness will be full throttle, now.
Mr. Boenher, this is the thanks you get for agreeing
with democrats...
Once again, the Republican Party and their caucus has shown theyre not responsible enough to be ruling and governing here, said Rep. Joe Crowley, New York Democrat.
The other thread on this issue are filled with those telling us we HAVE to vote for EINOs in the general if they aren’t primaried.
Stupid like that is why Bohner pulled the football again. He knows there are enough utter morons that will vote GOP NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO.
This party needs to cease existing.
this is not a fractured GOP
Clearly, the majority voted against his wishes.
Now we need this same GOP vote to vote him out of leadership
There was no choice. Realistically, in an election there were no good options for Republicans.
The President and the Democrats want to spend. Let ‘em. This is their legacy.
Boo frickin' hoo, grow a backbone. Your day is coming, Boehner -- I think GOP congressmen, after the next election, should do ANYTHING to deprive you of the Speakership -- and that includes voting for Nancy Pelosi!!
This is exactly the same thing that is going on in the Texas house of representatives, which is 2:1 Republican, but the Democrats elected the RiNO speaker who puts Dems on important committees and lets them snuff conservative Republican bills willy-nilly.
Just 11 Texas Republican legislators voted for this guy, Joe Straus, for speaker, and the great majority of Texas voters are totally frustrated -- by a guy just like Boehner. The main difference is that Straus has gone the extra mile and worked to redistrict conservative GOPsters right out of the legislature, just as if he were a liberal Democrat.

What would have really been funny is if the republicans put out a press release:
“We were going to try to tie the debt ceiling increase to a delay in the employer mandate, but we were told that it would make us look like tools of big business. But then Obama did it for us anyway, so we figure we got the better part of this deal after all....”
