Obama has declared parts of this law null and void and therefore the government has no authority whatsoever to enforce any other provisions of this law.

Wonderful point.

IIRC, there is a law suit winding it's way through the courts that is challenging the legality of subsidies being provided in states where no state exchange was set up. The law is specific that the subsidies can only be provided to states that set up state exchanges. We can hope that when it comes time for Roberts to vote that he begins to rule on the basis of what the law says.

Personally, I suspect that the obama acolytes were able to blackmail him the 1st time around. Maybe after he's seen how the constitutional republic has been dismantled by these leftists he's ready to say I don't care what they have on me.

I seem to recall Obama himself alluding to precisely that. Wasn't it something about how if he were reelected he wouldn't have to worry about winning an election again? At the time most people just gave him a pass thinking he means that, well, he's basically off into retirement and can take it easy. But if you parse the words and look for the hidden meaning, it's pretty ominous.

If he can delay parts of the law until 2016 without even consulting Congress, then the next President can delay the whole thing until say, 2099?

One court ruling on this case - possibly to advance through the courts:
