The Canadian men’s hockey team took gold on the final day of the 2014 Olympics, defeating Sweden 3-0 in the gold medal game at the Bolshoy Ice Dome on Sunday.

I’m with you Yossarian, I purposely stayed off line until I had a chance to watch the game, I taped it.
I could have bet my life someone would toss this thread up without a moment of consideration.
Oh dear. Then perhaps you should have taken the quite simple precaution of staying offline until you had watched it. Maybe you could have even avoided specifically a site like this wherein breaking-news stories are posted as a matter of course.
Are you and Yossarian for real? Did you really think that the result of the gold medal match-up at the premier Winter Olympics event would be kept under wraps? You and your buddy both need to give your heads a shake. I mean, honestly...come on.

If you take a peek around here, there are plenty of threads on various Olympic outcomes, the vast majority are thoughtful enough to place a spoiler alert in their heading.
Try to be kind, you’ll go further.
At least you had the sense to stay offline. Anyone else who didn’t but still wanted to watch the game without knowing the final result beforehand has no one to blame but themselves for knowing.
