Support Dr. Milton Wolf

Pat Roberts is Kansas’s Senator.

He does not live in Kansas. His home is in Virginia. He drives a car with a Virginia license plate. His wife is a Virginia realtor. His house in Kansas is rented out to someone. He says when he goes to Kansas, which is less and less frequent, that he sleeps in a friend’s recliner.

Pat Roberts has a challenger who actually lives in Kansas. (By the way, does Pat Roberts even pay Kansas income tax?) Roberts’ challenger is Dr. Milton Wolf.

Yes, he is a doctor. He is also one of Barack Obama’s cousins. Unlike Obama, Milton Wolf believes in the free market and is pro-life.

The Roberts campaign and the National Republican Senatorial Committee is freaking out about Roberts not living in Kansas. They’ve drummed up a story about Milton Wolf accusing him of violating HIPAA rules by putting x-ray pictures online. Never mind that the x-ray images were not identified with a patient.

It turns out before Dr. Wolf entered the race Senator Roberts’ team threatened to use this story against Dr. Wolf.

The story is a nothing burger designed to distract from Pat Roberts not being a Kansas resident. But this is what the Republican establishment has to do to win. Think about that for a minute — it speaks volumes that the establishment has to claim their challengers are bigger crooks than them in order to win.

Support Milton Wolf. He lives in Kansas. He is conservative. And he will stand up for freedom and small government in Washington — even in years he is not on the ballot.

I don’t think so. We need to get someone else. This is worse than Tod Aiken in my opinion.

Milton Wolf, a Doctor, violated privacy laws by posting pictures of dead patients on his Facebook page.

One of the valid concerns we have about Obamacare is the way it invades our privacy and does not respect our rights as individuals.

How can this CLOWN, Wolf, ever speak to those issues for us?

He can't. Wolf is toast. He will never be elected to anything.

No thanks.

Roberts may not be the Kansan for me but Milton Wolf definitely isn't eithermp.

His support comes from outside Kansas not from fellow Kansans like myself. Why?

Check out his donor list, all outside Kansas!

You’ve given lot’s of good reasons for not supporting Pat Roberts, but the reasons to support Milton Wolf are a little weak.

Let’s see if I’ve got this straight. Wolf is a doctor, he lives in Kansas, he says conservative stuff and he posted X-rays of patients on Facebook and made some really stupid remarks about them. And, his opponent is a meanie. Boy, there’s a winning combination.

Complaining about people digging up dirt that demonstrates that you are a complete dumbass is not an election winning strategy. Ask Todd Akin about that. Goodbye Dr. Wolf.

“Complaining about people digging up dirt that demonstrates that you are a complete dumbass is not an election winning strategy. Ask Todd Akin about that. Goodbye Dr. Wolf.”

Just keep in mind that there’s a pattern here. First Greg Brannon, then Matt Bevin, then Milton Wolf and they’re in the process of digging dirt on Chris McDaniel.

It seems that when an incumbent republican or an establishment choice is in danger or a conservative is gaining ground, all of a sudden, there’s something put out there that causes many to say “oh, no, not another Todd Akin. We should just stick with the safe guy, the incumbent or the guy the establishment wants, so we can win the seat.”

And then we end up with a Ted Stevens, a Thad Cochran, a Richard Lugar, a John Warner, an Orrin Hatch. We’ll give up on challenging incumbent republicans and we’ll just hope for retirements. And the same old thing will continue.

These battles are worth it. EVERY congressman and senator should have a primary. There should be NO unopposed elections. We’ll win some, they’ll win some. But the politicians in Washington will continually be looking over their shoulders when casting a vote.

The pattern that I am seeing is one of bad candidates. Politics is a full contact sport, you can't put someone on the field who can't play the game. We should contest every primary, but we have to do it with someone who can stand the heat.

“The pattern that I am seeing is one of bad candidates. Politics is a full contact sport, you can’t put someone on the field who can’t play the game.”

The problem with that logic is that all we’ll get are experienced politicians, and we’ll get more of the same. No ordinary person without connections will ever run for office because they won’t get the support.

The people can only choose from those who choose to run. Maybe Wolf won’t beat Roberts, but I for one am glad that SOMEBODY rose up to challenge him, instead of letting him just slide back into office, like an aristocrat.

"Milton Wolf, a Doctor, violated privacy laws by posting pictures..."

First off, X-rays are not "pictures".

Furthermore, the privacy rights of Americans are being violated every day by this administration (spying, tracking, intimidation, leaking, etc.). And what has your boss done to stop any of this??...

Well, sort of. You also have to win the real election.

I did an analysis here in 2003 that showed 17 RAT Senators from states that Bush carried by more than 54%, with zero GOP Senators from states that Gore carried by more than 54%.

Voters are stupid, for the most part. Choosing Senators by allowing stupid people to vote is also stupid.

However, that's the game. Those are the cards we have to play.

When a candidate Akinizes himself (as I believe poor Dr. Wolf has done), he should not be nominated, not because he's not a conservative, not because the media is unfair, not because Roberts is a no-good beltway bandit POS (which he undoubtedly is), BUT BECAUSE IN AN ELECTION DECIDED BY STUPID PEOPLE HE IS GOING TO LOSE TO A DEMOCRAT, AND NO DEMOCRATS SHOULD BE ELECTED TO THE SENATE FROM DEEP RED STATES.

To: cotton1706; All

I gave up on the Kansas race when I saw, on a daily basis, that 90 percent of all the Kansas FReepers on this website support the crusty, old, fart Pat Roberts; Virginia’s third Senator. But, it’s lost now anyhow; what Wolf did was immature and stupid. Glad he’s not the doctor for anyone in my family. All you Roberts RINOs rejoice. All you true Conservatives weep for your children. We’ve been Akinized. It will happen again if Stockman is in the run-off with Cornhole in Texas.
You ain’t seen dirt until you see all the dirt on Stockman that the Cornyn team is holding for the run-off. IMO, the only candidate who can keep Stockman from taking second place in the Primary, is Dwayne Stovall. I was going to vote for Linda Vega, but, I have to vote for Stovall now; for the reason given above.

That's all you've got?

You argue like a leftist. Pathetic.
